They contacted a wrecker service that does tire changes and promptly called me back, letting me know that help would soon be on the way. The wrecker service called me and they arrived within 1/2 hour, took a picture of my insurance card, and changed the tire. They billed State Farm directly and I was back on the road within an hour.
